Peter D. Weinstein

Peter D. Weinstein, Ph.D., J.D. is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Entralta. Dr. Weinstein counsels clients in all aspects of Intellectual property, transaction and corporate law. He received his Juris Doctorate degree at Boston College Law School. Dr. Weinstein is a registered patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

James F. Fleming

James Fleming works as Patent and IP Counsel at Entralta and focuses on all aspects of patent law, including the strategic planning and development of IP portfolios, patent drafting and prosecution as well as rendering patent opinions. He holds a Master of Science in from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He completed his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law.

Tamara Rodriguez

Tamara Rodriguez is the Chief Operating Officer and manages the administration and paralegal functions at Entralta.As a paralegal, Ms. Rodriguez has significant experience managing patent and trademark prosecution for world-wide portfolios for companies located in the United States and other countries, principally in Europe and Asia. Ms. Rodriguez also has considerable experience managing all non-legal aspects of commercial and patent litigation.

Entralta is always looking for highly motivated Technical Specialists with patent prosecution experience, Patent Agents and Patent Attorneys in all technologies who are interested in working in a fast growing company with high quality clients in many different industries. Entralta is currently accepting applications for part-time patent prosecution positions for those with expertise in the following technologies: pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high technology (both hardware and software) and medical device. Entralta is a virtual company, so it provides the flexibility of working remotely anywhere in the United States for those interested in a position with the company. For those interested, these part-time positions can transition into full-time positions over time.
